Delivery Policy

The best things in life are free (or reasonably priced) When will my products arrive?
As the majority of our products are made to order, delivery times per product differ. Please find accurate delivery lead times on the product pages.

UK Delivery:

Delivery to mainland England, Scotland, and Wales is free for everything. We’ll even take larger items to a room of your choice, assemble your divan base, and remove the packaging on our way out. Simply select the extras you want at checkout and we do the rest.

International Delivery:

For Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK, and Channel Islands, we calculate delivery costs based on your order. We’ll work it out for you at checkout.

How it works? For Beds and Mattresses:

  1. Place Your Order:

    An order confirmation email containing delivery details will land in your email inbox. Keep an eye on your spam folder, just in case it ends up in there!

  2. Wait For a Phone Call:

    We’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. Once your items are made we’ll be in touch again to arrange a suitable 4-hour time slot for delivery.

  3. Track Your Order:

    Once you’ve confirmed a delivery date, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a link to track your order.

  4. The Big Day:

    We’ll let you know when your item(s) is loaded and ready for delivery.

Tracking Your Delivery:

If you need to track your delivery, please email our delivery team quoting your full name and order number. Alternatively, please call us and a member of staff will happily check your delivery progress. If you have any further questions regarding our delivery lead times, please contact us.

Delivery Information

If you need to notify us of any parking issues, narrow roads, and difficult access points, please contact us at “midlands.beds@gmail.com”, or Call us at “+44 121 568 7802” so that we can pass the message along to the delivery driver.

Aside from next-day deliveries, we will never arrange a delivery date without contacting you and confirming first. Once your item(s) are ready for dispatch, you will be contacted directly at least 48 hours in advance of the proposed delivery date.

If you cannot accept the given date, don’t worry as we will rearrange it for a more convenient time. If a date is agreed and no one is present on this day to accept delivery, this will be classed as a failed delivery and a surcharge will be incurred under our T&C’s.
